In fall, when the weather turns warm . Check out your local retailers like Kohls, JC Penny, Sears, Target and Macys before the first cold begins. Stores are usually overstocked on sweaters particularly children’s weathers. That is when you can slash the price. This reminds me of a T.V commercial from Walmart of a Zoro ( or Ninja) guy that slashes prices with is sword.  You can really save a lot of money off the retail prices. Why? Many retailers particularly the big chains store up based on last years weather. Thinking they will sell sell sell.. Once the weather is different from last year and things quickly warm up, retailers discount to get things off the shelve.  You come out a winner.
